PURCHASING GRADUATES

£25,000 PER ANNUM

LOCATION: SANDYCROFT, CH5 2QZ / DEESIDE, CH5 2NR

We are looking for highly motivated Graduates to join our Purchasing and Materials department and play an active role in supporting our continued growth across our Global operations. As a Purchasing Graduate at Ifor Williams Trailers, you will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of projects, accelerating your development as you gain experience undertaking a variety of tasks, critical to project development.

You will be given responsibility right from the start of your employment as you take ownership of key project areas and work closely with the Company’s decision makers, gaining a unique insight into the KPIs that drive a successful £100 million turnover business.

The ideal candidate will have good commercial awareness, be an effective communicator and will have the ability to analyse complex data through the use of spreadsheets, applying high attention to detail in order to produce in depth reports to support decision making. As part of this role, you will also be expected to commit to long haul, European and UK travel as assignments will require you to visit a wide ranging supplier base to create excellent partnerships.

Successful applicants will have a degree in Mathematics, Engineering or Business and Management and have achieved a minimum of a 2:1. Other disciplines may be considered for exceptional candidates. All applicants must also be driven to further their development and seeking to obtain their Company sponsored professional CIPS qualification.
