In this exciting role, you’ll be able to increase your management experience whilst developing your own sales and reaping the rewards. With an uncapped commission scheme on offer and highly realistic targets, you will have the chance to boost your remuneration as well as develop your career.
What will I be doing?
As a Sales Manager, you will be tasked with leading a small team of two in the development and delivery of sales of our client’s custom cycling clothing and accessories.
The key deliverables for this role will be to achieve your own personal sales target whilst empowering and managing the members of your team to maximise their success.
Contacting customers via telephone, you will take on a player/manager role working towards telesales targets.
Your role will also involve:
- Setting sales targets and KPIs
- Driving your team to achieve these
- Strategically attending trade shows, events and exhibitions to maximise exposure
What do I need?
To be considered as a Sales Manager, you’ll need:
- Substantial telesales experience at a minimum of team leader level
- The flexibility to attend weekend events
- A full, valid driving licence
Cycling industry, sports clothing or professional sports experience would be highly desirable.
