The role

The purpose of this role is to manage the utilisation of operatives, managing the diaries of different teams and organising the deployment of plant and resources for operatives.

It has the following main responsibilities;

●   Using knowledge of colleague availability, technical requirements, core skills, role priority and geographical location to allocate works within agreed timescales

●   Monitoring the responsive repair and gas servicing workforces, acting as the first point of contact for ongoing repairs and servicing needs

●   Continually assessing the unallocated workload for prioritising repairs

●   Preparing and sending out all required letter to clients to ensure compliance with the current gas regulations

What they need

For this role you’ll need to have the following skills and experience;

●        Full UK driving licence

●        Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

●        Experience from within a high volume repairs service environment

●        Experience of Dynamic Resource Scheduling and Mobile Working Solutions

●        Ability to prioritise work

●        A can do attitude
