LGV Class 1 Drivers (Liquids / Powders divisions – Regular days)
Location: Leeds
Salary: Salary Circa £38,500

Continued growth of the business provides several career opportunities within the organisation and currently they are looking to increase the number of the Class 1 LGV Drivers in both the ADR and Powder divisions.
Successful applicants will be based out of the Leeds operating centre on a regular shift pattern.
What to expect in the role…

ADR role includes loading, discharging, cleaning and the shipment of tank containers that transport Hazardous and Non-hazardous bulk liquids.

Powder role includes loading, discharging, cleaning and the shipment of 30ft box containers that transport Non-hazardous granules and foodstuffs A valid ADR certificate (in tanks) is a requirement of the ADR role in every classification except 1 & 7.
To be successful in this role you will be...
-
You will work mainly in the North West area as well as the M62 & A1 corridors, therefore overnight stays will occur on most shifts with a duration of between 55 to 60 hours work per shift.

A minimum of 12 months Class 1 driving experience

Good organisational and communication skills
-
Flexible working approach and willingness to working outside the area when required.

Previous experience industry experience would be an advantage.

A valid ADR certificate (in tanks) is a requirement of the ADR role in every classification except 1 & 7.
