I am currently recruiting an Interim Estates Surveyor to support a large property holder in the Lichfield area, on a short term basis. This role will involve doing hands on property and estates management, L&T, rent reviews, valuations.

I am currently working with a large property holder in the Lichfield area.
Description
The key responsibilities for the Interim Estates Surveyor would be:
- Managing landlord and tenant
- Completing rent reviews
- Completing valuations (do not need to be a registered valuer)
- The full spectrum of hands on estates and assets management
Profile
The Interim Estates Surveyor would need to:
- Be able to commute to the Derby area on a daily basis
- Have a full spectrum of estates management experience
- Have strong stakeholder engagements skills
- Have public sector experience
Job Offer
The hourly rate is negotiable depending on the range of experience. My client would consider a part time option
