SHP - Quality Assurance Officer
Location: Sutton
Salary: GBP27,265 to GBP30,745
Full Time Working Hours: 36
Contract Type: 6 to 12 months
Sutton Housing Partnership (established in 2006) manages council housing in Sutton. We are revolutionising the way SHP communicates and engages with its employees, stakeholders and customers across all channels enhancing our reputation as a great service provider and employer of choice. Working in this key role in our External Services Group means that you play a key role in supporting this transformation to our new operating model.
We aim to bring investment and improvements to homes and communities across the borough. We are responsible for the day-to- day management of housing services to around 6,000 council tenants and 1,500 leaseholders.
We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to act as the main point of contact for all our residents whilst we deliver a challenging range of fire remediation works.
The right person for this role will :
- Provide excellent front line customer service by working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our customers' needs are met and objectives are achieved.
- Have excellent communication and liaison skills, good organisational and problem solving ability.
- Be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and commitment to improving our services and developing strong relationships between residents and contractors though this project.
- Have a can do approach, be a person who is customer focussed, proactive and takes responsibility and a willingness to help our customers live successful lives.
