Production Operative (Warndon)

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to work at an established and expanding plastic injection moulding facility in Worcester city.
This job involves attending to machines that produce plastic mouldings, and packaging the items into boxes.
The position does not involve heavy lifting, although attention to detail is very important.
Hours of work - Double Day shift - Rotating:
MORNINGS
Monday - Friday
06.00am -14.00pm
AFTERNOONS
Monday - Thursday
14.00pm - 22.30pm
Friday
14.00pm - 20.00pm
PPE required:
Safety boots
Rates of pay:
GBP7.83 per hour to start + increase after Permanent contract awarded (10 weeks) & overtime available
Duties will involve:
• Working in a fast paced high quality manufacturing environment (Full training will be given).
• Machine minding injection moulding machines producing diverse components.
• Checking quality of parts & packing
• Some basic assembly may be required
This is a temporary ongoing position which may lead to a permanent contract for the right candidate.
