Senior Town Planner | Oxford | Development Consultancy
Salary: GBP32,000 - GBP40,000
Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be supporting of one of the leading Planning and Development Consultancies in the UK, with over 5 offices across the country, all specialising in every aspect of the planning process. They are looking for a practiced and experienced Senior Town Planner to join their successful team of planning experts in Oxford.
The role will include duties such as:
Managing projects involving planning applications and appeals, providing accurate and efficient advice to clients.
Investing in the development of a range of sites and projects and assessing sites for development suitability.
Demonstrating an ability to marshal evidence in support of the planning projects.
Demonstrating a positive, proactive attitude with the drive to meet client expectations and promote the business through the use of marketing and networking skills.The successful Senior Town Planner will be expected to hold the following experience:
Be or working towards a Chartered Membership of the RTPI.
A full UK driver's license and access to a car.
