You will want to become an integral member of the team and be excited about being able to help shape the developing culture and future successes of R13.
Your duties will include:
* Taking job vacancy briefs, including all core details as well as obtaining in-depth knowledge of specific vacancies to assure understanding of who you need to find.
* Utilising the full range of innovative sourcing techniques to find the best prospective candidates, from using our internal database to online search tools such as LinkedIn.
* Sourcing by networking potential new professional candidates.
* Providing comprehensive briefing to candidates, engaging regarding available opportunities.
* Undertaking telephone pre-qualification calls with candidates.
* Scheduling in internal candidate interviews and sending email confirmations.
* Undertaking in-depth registration interviews to ascertain suitability.
* Pre-selecting candidates based upon relevant experience, skills and overall cultural fit.
* Tailoring CV's in line with matched vacancy ready for submission to client.
* Carrying out interview check in calls with candidates, providing advice and guidance.
* Continually developing pipeline of suitable applicants based upon pending client requirements.
* Undertaking all general supporting administration (emails, database updating).
* Maintaining a wider knowledge of R13 vacancies and contributing suitable suggestions.
* Representing the R13 brand in the best possible manner at all times.
You will have/be:
* Ideally experience within a similar recruitment support role.
* Experience within recruitment process, including search & selection.
* Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
* Possess high standard of verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to quickly develop in-depth knowledge of core information.
* Natural inquisitiveness - adept at fact finding to gain information.
* Comfortable working to and meeting activity targets on a daily / weekly basis.
* Positively influential and engaging, able to quickly build trust / rapport.
* Collaborative working style, cohesive approach with colleagues.
* Empathic and able to work with a wide cross section of people.
