As a Regional HR Specialist - ER & Compliance at Jardine Motors Group, you'll be out and about in the business supporting a variety of different stakeholders and colleagues and ensuring we're operating best practice.

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
Duties:
* Provide a customer-focussed and commercially-aware employment law service
* Provide high-quality and accurate employment advice and guidance, including employment law, disciplinary, grievance, ill health, capability and other employee relations issues
* To work in conjunction with Group HR to ensure case management administration is accurate and up to date
* Coach and guide line managers, developing capability, supporting the identification of risk/issues, encouraging them to take responsibility of employment/people issues
* Ensure the consistent application of HR processes and policies
* Conduct required 'people' audits ensuring dealerships comply with all required HR admin activities and GDPR requirements
* Escalate issues where appropriate, to the deivisional HR Business Partner team
* Keep up to date with current employment legislation and share information with colleagues
* Suggest ways to improve ER processes
* In agreement with Senior HR Business Partner, attend ER meetings at sites
* To help manage the Employment Tribunal process
* To support the Senior HR Business Partner activities
* To support and co-ordinate the HR Audit checking amongst assigned dealerships in agreement with Senior HR Business Partner
* Be prepared to travel as this role is field based.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Effective communication and stakeholder management
* To be qualified to CIPD post graduate standard
* Proven track record in delivering HR strategy in a commercial and fast-paced environment
* Must have good leadership skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Excellent written, verbal and numerical skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workloads
