To ensure comprehensive, consistent, accurate data is recorded and maintained across ALL systems.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Proactively monitor system data, identify data discrepancies and provide guidance to users
Champion consistent, standardised data within and between systems
Analyse inconsistency and duplication of data across different systems and suggest opportunities to rationalise and streamline
Act upon requests from various departments/users to update system data to support user and Senior Management Team needs
Act as a first point of contact for queries to ensure the team responds quickly to requests from system users (both Internal and External suppliers)
Manage shared inboxes, resolving user queries, allocating actions and monitoring progress
Produce system reports and produce presentations to support analysis of performance (Monthly)
Develop control reporting in order to identify incomplete or inconsistent data
Identify areas of system and process improvement
Support Governance, Reporting and Finance roles within the team in preparing information packs
Educate users in making consistent data updates in line with defined accountabilities, pragmatically balancing the need to resolve data issues immediate against educating users on how to perform the updates themselves
Identify system issues and support raising these to support providers through defined channels, escalating appropriately where required.
Help to build user understanding of core processes and accountabilities for updating specific parts of system.
Actively promote and embed Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in all your work and support and comply with all organisational initiatives, policies and procedures on EDI.
REQUIRED CRITERIA SKILLS
IT skills, including the full use of MS Office suite or equivalent (Familiar with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics would be highly advantageous)
Ability to compile and analyse data, and present and produce reports to communicate with stakeholders
Organisational skills and the ability to meet agreed time and quality deadlines from multiple teams
Analysis and report compilation - including running reports from IT systems and spreadsheets
Ability to produce and present documents and reports to a variety of audiences, including internal stakeholders at various levels in the organisation
KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of data and information management.
Understanding of general governance/approval processes
TYPE OF EXPERIENCE
Experience with data analysis and preparing reports for presentation at both Senior Management Team and user level
Experience of supporting multiple teams
Experience of managing inboxes and requests and coordinating subsequent actions
Experience working in a process and data driven environment
