A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and passionate HR Officer to join our well known Leamington Spa based client. You will be responsible for ensuring HR is delivered as a prompt and efficient service. Salary is GBP22,000. Onsite parking. Monday - Thursday 9 - 5pm, Friday 9 - 4pm.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience and knowledge of HR practices, processes, employment law, and has good organisational skills.
The role of HR Officer will be a varied one, including, recruitment, training & development, employee relations, administration and offering Managers support and guidance.
You will be expected to provide HR support for line Managers and Staff, working closely with the HR Manager in developing the HR administrative and database systems.
Audits data in line with auditing process and schedule.
Supports HR Manager and HR Officer in ad hoc projects.
Escalates issues that may arise to HR Manager in a timely fashion.
Proactively look for opportunities to develop self and share development opportunities with team members.
Continuously review, challenge and adapt transactional processes to ensure fit for purpose.
