Business Delivery Manager (2 posts)

The University of Manchester is looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual who will take a leading role in the management of, and support for, the business-led activities of the Student Lifecycle Project (SLP). You will support the Head of Business Delivery for SLP and other senior colleagues to develop and ensure appropriate working partnerships are in place with colleagues, students, and other stakeholders, which are conducive to the effective realisation of the University's strategic aspirations in relation to the delivery of the Student Lifecycle Project.
Working as part of a team you will take primary responsibility for the organisation of one designated area of work whilst supporting other areas, this will depend on the phase of the Student Lifecycle Project i.e. Training; User Acceptance Testing; Transition Planning.
You must be educated to degree level and/or professional qualification and have experience of leadership at an appropriately senior level within higher education, including management of staff and resources, ideally, within a student experience environment. You will also have strong project management skills within a demanding environment and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence colleagues.
