Customer Services – Origin Coffee 

Full time.

Aim:

The customer services role is an integral part of the business, taking responsibility to ensure that all our customers receive their orders correctly and in a timely manner, liaising with the warehouse team so that orders are despatched for next day delivery. Where orders are lost or misplaced to liaise with couriers to provide customers with an ETA. The position is part of the office team and therefore where possible you will be asked to support on all aspects of sales and administration. The role requires someone with an excellent phone manner, professional attitude to the workplace, diligent and accurate in recording and documenting customer orders.

Duties:

  • Daily outbound sales calls to existing customers, taking and processing orders and generating invoices. 
  • Telesales account management for existing customers to maintain customer retention levels, manage expectations and build relationships.
  • Liaising with warehouse and driving team to ensure orders are picked and processed correctly for next day delivery through couriers.
  • Inbound calls and order processing.
  • General phone support for office.
  • Deal with and manage customer expectations.
  • To support front of house reception area, welcoming walk-in customers and dealing with their enquiries.
  • To provide administration and operations support to the senior management team where applicable.
