Our client, an award-winning Luxury hotel, spa and restaurant in Newquay are seeking a breakfast supervisor to join their team.

The ideal person will have experience as restaurant supervisor with a passion to deliver outstanding 5-star service. This is a hands-on role for someone who has a track record in food and beverage operation leading by example engaging with guests and the team with a can-do attitude.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supervisor breakfast and lunch  

• Maintain high levels of customer service

• Deliver outstanding 5* Star service

• Support and motivate the team

• Attention to detail

• Have excellent product knowledge 

In return for your service you will:

• Competitive salary of £9ph

• Working hours 7am – 3pm

• 5days per week

• Share of tips

This is a permanent position and we are ideally looking for candidates who would be available to start immediately.
