GBP20,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced legal costs draftsman to join a fantastic team that is growing at a fast pace in the Blackpool area.
The legal costs draftsman will predominantly deal with RTA, PPI and holiday cases.
As a legal costs draftsman, your duties will include:
Drafting of bills of costs
Dealing with fixed costs Disputes
Drafting Estimates of Costs
Preparing points of Disputes
Negotiating costs, generally with own caseloads
Provide costs advice/guidance as and when required
