CASS Oversight Analyst

My Client are one of the most pioneering Investment Management, Platform and Technology firms in the UK. They are growing and have an opening for a CASS Oversight Analyst to join their team in Bristol. This role is slightly different though, as well as using your technical skills, relationship management skills are also paramount.

The role will see you act as a conduit between the business and their new partner agreement, with direct liaison to their CF10A, to ensure the relationship is running smoothly. You will liaise regularly with Ops and communicate and resolve any issues where necessary. You will run MI, ensure SLA's are met and monitor any potential hotspots or risks. As you are the first point of contact for this partner for all CASS related queries, your knowledge must be very strong and up to date.

You will be a confident communicator and have excellent relationship building skills. Your CASS knowledge will be in depth and you'll also have experience within CASS audit. You will be able to deal with complex issues but communicate them simply and ensure resolution for all parties is satisfactory.
