About the role:

Because even with this growth they are still unable to cope with the amount of clients who want to do business with them, so they need more dedicated Business Sales Advisors in the IT team to ensure clients get the attention they demand.

They are looking for confident, enthusiastic and results orientated individuals to join their vibrant sales team. You will be building and maintaining lasting relationships with all of their new and existing business customers to secure repeat business with you as their Sales Account Manager.

You'll need to be a natural communicator with an inquisitive nature and natural flair to build that much needed rapport and knowledge of your customer's needs. In addition, we would love to hear from people with a passion for technology who can really understand and advise their business customers.

This is not a 'cold calling' sales role you will be contacting existing business customers who have previously bought from them on one or more occasions of which we have thousands. You will build up your own account of business customers managing that relationship as their key contact. The role will involve making outgoing calls (50-70 per day average initially) as well as taking in-bound calls from business customers. Therefore, a self-motivated attitude is essential to enable you to proactively generate new business leads and identify commercial opportunities.

You'll be using excellent questioning and consultative selling skills to better understand the customer requirements and provide them with suitable solutions, but also up-selling any additional items they might need too. You'll be continually looking for ways to increase sales and improve efficiency to make sure you meet monthly gross profit targets and agreed KPIs. As you'd expect it's key that you manage new and existing customer accounts, provide excellent customer service during sales, as well as any follow up required after sales. We'll make sure you get all the training and then it is up to you to sell to all the customers you talk to and make the most of every sales opportunity!

About you:

We're really keen to hear from you if you've got previous experience working within a B2B Sales, Retail targeted sales, or Account Manager role. We really want to see fun and vibrant individuals that are confident in selling over the phone. As you'd expect we want those sales people that are used to meeting and exceeding sales targets, and are willing to work hard to be at the top of the leader board, and stay there! We need our employees to be driven and resilient to make the most of every call, as well as keeping our customers happy at all times!

Salary up to GBP22,000 dependent on experience however the average OTE across the team is GBP45,000 and remember this is uncapped so many earn more, and we are happy for you to meet them to understand how!
