Your new role

You'll be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, possess excellent communication skills and confidence prioritising your own time and workload. Day to day you 'lll be delivering high-quality, structured training sessions in varied settings and styles to a variety of audiences, skillsets and number of delegates including but not limited to one to one, small group sessions, seminar style events and train the trainer.

The team you'll join
The training team is national and constantly on the move, servicing customers from the tip of Scotland down to the south coast of England. You'll be involved in team meetings every 8 - 10 weeks and regularly liaise with colleagues using Microsoft Teams as well as over the phone.

As this is a national role you must have a full, clean driving licence and be comfortable with long distance/motorway driving.
