Role & Responsibilities Overview

The Role:
- Support the design of professional and creative learning and assessment solutions in line with client needs and RTSquality standards.
- Achieve utilisation targets for fee-earning activity.
- Where appropriate, assist in the delivery of events to RTS quality standards and to reflect our high quality, premium brand.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Apply RTS quality standards and systems to deliver on client outcomes.
- Collaborate with RTS team members to design engaging learning solutions to meet client needs.
- Support RTS team members with client communications and meetings.
- Design learning briefs and specifications from clients aims and requirements.
- Design engaging training events in line with RTSquality standards, agreed timescales and client objectives.
- Co-produce designs for engaging digital learning materials via scripts, narratives, storyboards etc.
- Co-design TNA assessment processes and digital support tools.
- Support RTS team members to recommend reliable evaluation methods / approaches for each design / delivery solution.
- Work with SMEs, developers and graphic designers as necessary.
- Establish and develop productive working relationships with RTSteam members and the wider Creative and Learning team (internal and external).
- Provide regular feedback regarding the progress and impact of learning development solutions.
- Update and maintain weekly Utilisation records, advising Client Services Manager and Client Services Team of available "unsold" time, ensuring utilisation targets are achieved.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities, ensuring that all our courseware and solutions deliver the RTSleading edge philosophy / premium brand.
- Share new ideas and information with other members of the team, promoting an environment of continual improvement and support.
- Carry out all work in a health and safety conscious manner.

RTS Group is located just outside the historic village of Lacock in Wiltshire. Our offices have free on-site parking and are within a short cycling distance of both Melksham and Chippenham railway stations. The role is office-based, with views of the Wiltshire countryside.
