Our leading client in public sector is looking for an Interim Insight Analyst to join their team based in Kingston Upon Thames. The role holder will be working on a contract basis for 3 months, 36 hours per week Mon to Friday offering a payrate of GBP20/hour PAYE (inside IR35).

The Insight Analyst will be working on our client's transformation initiatives: Rethinking Transport & Clean and Green and Safe Communities. They are complex and strategically significant by nature, and their success will depend to a large extent on the availability and effective use of data. The rold holder is required to identify, record, store and analyse data, have insight into the risks, issues and opportunities in order to develop and make available an evidence base that informs effective decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Analysis of the metrics required to ensure the project is helping to achieve shared ambitions for transport.
Work with partners to develop a clear view of data recorded and its historical availability, and to evaluate the current level of detail and accuracy in order to identify gaps.
Develop a set of dashboards linked to the proposed pilots and project
Work to produce a baseline will identify and bring together existing data (also identifying any gaps)Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Experience of using software/applications that support Data analysis, Business intelligence and Reporting. Tableau experience (desirable).
Quantitative data analysis using software such as SPSS (desirable).
Experience of developing and implementing resident insight / consultation/ engagement strategies and plans.
Experience providing advice/briefings to senior stakeholders.
Degree or equivalent experience (Degree with social research methods content is desirable but not essential).
Understanding of the key strategic issues facing local government, the wider public sector and partners.
