A market-leading holiday property letting company is going through a growth phase and needs to strengthen its sales team with several Travel Consultants based in Chester. The role will involve you helping customers their perfect holiday property form our extensive portfolio, sharing your great experiences and using your skills to recommend products to enhance their holiday.

You will be responsible for:

Taking incoming calls from a wide range of customers, and maximising the income from that booking.
Work to and exceeding agreed targets for call quality and booking conversion
Maximising sales opportunities whilst delivering an outstanding experience.

To be successful:

A 2 year proven track record within Sales (Call Centre experience would be helpful)
Experienced in exceeding given targets
Good negotiation skills
Customer-orientated and an excellent team player
Previous travel experience would be beneficial but isn't essential.
