About: I am looking for and experienced Housing / Tenancy Consultant, with a background in social housing. This is 3 month contract to fill a temporary gap for my client. You will be responisble for the following areas;
Pay: GBP600 - GBP700 per day (PAYE) This role falls into IR35, you can either operate as PAYE or through and Umbrella
Location: Milton Keynes
- Providing expert support for Managers and Team leaders
- Recruitment (officers, estate service manager and neighbourhood manager)
- Development of the sustainability team (conversations started with ASC / Adult Social Care)
- Establishing 'back to basics' training/development for the officers across the teams
- Review of the budgets and delivery (following new budgets awarded for 2019/20)
- Service planning
