Warning Zone is a Life-Skills Centre and a Children Safeguarding Charity. We deliver life-saving messages to children and young people across Leicester, Rutland and Leicestershire.

You will not necessarily be a current Chief Executive Officer however, joining us will give you the exciting opportunity to progress your career and work with a strong Board of Trustees and a growing team to shape the future of Warning Zone.

We are passionate about the work we do and we need you to share our excitement, our plans and aspirations. We need a Chief Executive Officer who is inspiring and visionary but more importantly not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in occasionally.

In order to be successful, our new Chief Executive Officer will be able to evidence:

• Developing and implementing organisational strategy in collaboration with stakeholders resulting in successful organisational development;
• Generating, growing and sustaining income from a diversified range of sources;
• Providing strong and effective leadership, managing in a range of different settings and styles;
• Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently with a wide range of people, from volunteers through to Public Bodies and key influencers from the business world;

Location: Leicester

Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 depending on competency
