Multitech Site Services is a leading specialist contractor supplying temporary services to the UK construction industry. This includes temporary electrics, plumbing and public health services.

About this position:

This is a fixed term contract for three months until the end of December 2019- this position may be extended or on a permanent contract after this period depending on business need.

We're looking for a dynamic, pro-active and organised Contracts Support Assistant to join us at our Head Office in Great Dunmow. This person will have experience within Customer Services along with strong Administration skills, ideally within the Construction Industry although this is not essential.

As an integral part of our Contracts Team you'll be the glue between the client, contract managers and our on-site staff ensuring that all requests and questions are answered on time with a high level of customer care.

What you'll be doing:

No two days are ever the same here at Multitech and there are Training & Development opportunities by working within other departments when covering for other Administration functions throughout the business.

The main responsibilities:

  • Front line customer contact including general client enquiries, submitting and receiving client correspondence
  • Dealing with site personnel and engineer requests
  • Source and place orders for materials and equipment
  • Administration of documents and quotations
  • Maintain and monitor commercial and regulatory paperwork
  • Coordinate and maintain accurate communication records from site
  • General administration - document filing, letter typing, emailing, document submission
  • Cross training to provide administrative cover in other departments

About You:

  • You'll be an expert in delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Great telephone manner and able to communicate through the business at all levels
  • Ability to prioritise effectively, work autonomously and be naturally organised
  • You'll be proactive in your approach to all situations and able to problem solve whilst remaining calm under pressure
  • Able to use all Microsoft packages and be used to picking up and using different systems
