We are looking for two highly motivated and committed individuals who can achieve excellent outcomes for the clients we support, in a varied and rewarding role within our highly valued Tenant Support Service.

You will have experience in housing related support, housing, welfare benefits, or a related field; and will work across the City, providing face to face support to vulnerable adults in their own homes.

You will use your skills and initiative to engage people with a wide range of needs, including: physical disabilities, mental health problems, and substance misuse issues. You will provide housing related support to prevent homelessness; and will also promote the independence, confidence, and skills, of the people you work with.
