My client are a fantastic Law Firm with offices based in Huddersfield, Wakefield and Bradford. They are looking for a Paralegal to join their commercial property team to work closely with the partner. It is a fantastic opportunity to get on the job training and to get into a law environment without having to have a Law Degree or an LPC.
They are a growing business that are going from strength to strength with a strong client base nationally.
Duties of a Paralegal include;
* Supporting the Commercial property partner with completion matters
* Opening and closing case files on the system
* Liaising with clients regards processes and updating them on any changes
* Dealing with solicitors on all levels to chase documentation
* Supporting the partner with legal administrative duties
* Running real estate searches and recording findings
As a Paralegal you will have the following experience;
* Ideally 1-2 Years plus conveyancing experience
* Previous exposure in a residential or commercial property team
* Degree educated is ideal but not essential
* Excellent communication skills
