Knowledge and experience of BTEC Business, in addition to A Level, would be desirable.
As a Head of Department, the successful candidate will be an inspirational teacher with strong leadership and team management skills. The postholder will be responsible for establishing a vision for Business and Economics in the academic life of the College and be capable of developing strong links with schools in the community, along with the development of outreach partnerships.
