Real Estate Investment Analyst Opportunities

We’re currently looking for a Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our Investment Team based in Mayfair, London. You’ll be responsible for supporting the team with market analysis, research and management of transactions. Working in a fast-paced environment you’ll have the opportunity to work with an experienced team of property development professionals and providing excellent development and career opportunities in the Property and Real Estate sector.

Your Role

Based in our Mayfair, London office you’ll be responsible for:

• Run financial appraisals to inform purchase and sale decisions
• Research new markets and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform investment decisions
• Carry out qualitative assessment and appraisal of development opportunities and investment sales
• Identify new investment opportunities
• Assist the Investment Team with research into comparable schemes
• Working in a hub structure with direct contact with transaction lead
• Assist in the production of high-quality reports and presentations
• Read and comprehend legal purchase and sale documents to assist with decision making
• Provide support to Investment Team members where required
• Attending meetings as required
• Project specific duties as required

About You

With a genuine interest in property development and investment you’ll:

• Great attention to detail and work ethic
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong analytical skills
• Driven to expand knowledge of property investment and development
• Genuine interest in property development and understanding of the market
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
