Account Manager
Basic Salary: GBP25,000- GBP30,000
Realistic OTE: GBP44,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-17:30pm
Our highly successful client is looking to expand their dynamic sales team. They are looking for experienced Account Managers to increase user and company engagement thus increasing company profit.
Responsibilities:
Meeting monthly and quarterly renewals targets by up-selling existing accounts and holding annual price increases
Managing an assigned group of clients dealing with all enquiries and keeping in regular contact throughout the subscription
Pro-active evaluation of each client's usage against their objectives and expectations and using this to provide something more suited to the clients' needs whilst increasing company profit
Operating with professionalism, thoroughness and taking ownership of occasional difficult user problems
Updating all client records and maintaining frequent client contact is a requirement of this role Skills:
Ability to discuss clients' needs and current working methods through clear and concise questioning
Negotiation and deal closing skills
Strong relationship building skills
Objection handling
High degree of professionalismRequirements:
At least 1 years' experience in Account Management or a Sales Executive role
Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations
Experience working in a B2B environment
