We have a fantastic opportunity for a RICS Accredited Property Manager to join a leading organisation that holds an impressive portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Property Management this key role will be based from the Reading office but will include travel to work with schemes across the UK (from Scotland to Southampton).
Duties will include: -
* Provide technical property management advice including around service charge/schedules
* Manage a mixed portfolio of non-core assets including residential properties
* Working to support the portfolio properties on key projects / strategic delivery
* Working closely within the Property Team
* Working closely with site teams
* Develop on boarding works programs
* Be the Technical lead on Health & Safety compliance across the non-shopping centre portfolio
* Maintaining up to date tenancy database
* Check & authorise invoices in relation to none service charge property
* Promote sustainability / corporate responsibility within the property function
This is a key position and offers excellent benefits. Candidates must hold RICS accreditation and have experience within secondary & tertiary property management (retail, residential, industrial & offices).
