HR Lead - Operations, Success Factors - Permanent - Cheltenham - SC Cleared or willing to undergo

This role is responsible for providing HR operational support in the UK, ensuring all administrative
Key Responsibilities:
Review and continuously improve HR process
Develop and implement core HR Service Level Objectives for all UK HR workflows, monitoring and reporting performance on a monthly basis to Head of HR Operations
Tasking the Service Delivery Team to ensure effective administrative delivery of HR lifecycle administrative processes
Manage all benefits applicable to the UK employee population, including annual salary reviews, renewals and the introduction of new benefits and preferred supplier management, working collaboratively with the Corporate Lead and other key stakeholders to deliver a consistent, professional service
Participate in core HR projects
Responsible for all HRIS systems management in the UK, ensuring:
workflows are accurate and amended as needed via relevant party
systems operate effectively and provide services as required to managers and employees
Act as the identified UK Super User for SAP Success Factors
Work collaboratively with the UK Payroll Lead to ensure the smooth and timely flow of payments around remuneration life cycles and remuneration-related changes for employees, including arrivals and departures, promotions and awards
Undertake any other reasonable tasks as requested
Attend HR department meetings as required
Remain compliant with all applicable global and UK HR processes and procedures
Support the Head of HR Operations in developing and growing a professional and engaged team
Competency/Skill requirements:
Adept at delivering change programmes and leading on HR projects
Competent leadership skills
Exceptionally analytical with strong troubleshooter and problem-solving skills
Highly numerate and a proficient Microsoft Excel user
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and customers
Able to effectively develop and deliver compelling presentations and business cases
Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and collaboratively across teams
Current working knowledge of UK HR legislation
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
Experience of working in an international organisation with a complex matrix structure
Evidenced experience of working within a HR Shared Services team, providing advice and coaching to team members
Track record of developing and implementing sophisticated processes and workflows
Demonstrable experience of building relationships with key stakeholders and successfully executing projects
Travel requirements: Some UK travel to attend team, preferred supplier and customer meetings. Potential requirement to travel to the US from-time-to-time
