Do you like working outside, in the community, leading adventure sports and creating exciting activities? Would you like to help young people achieve and make positive decisions, support them and help them to improve their confidence so that they can progress?

The Prince's Trust Team programmes helps to change the lives of young people. It is supports them to improve, not just their academic skills, but also to learn invaluable life skills so that they progress in their lives independently. With three successful teams already taken place we are keen to see it succeed and grow across the county. You would undergo top class training run by the Prince's Trust so that you can develop your own skills too.

The Prince's Trust programme provides young people with an opportunity to re-engage in learning, participate in community projects and outdoor activities so that they reach their full potential. In the role, you will support the Team Leader to develop and deliver the Team programme, work closely with local agencies and organisations to recruit team members and lead the Team to success.
