New Business Sales
Momentum Recruitment and Training is an independent provider of both recruitment and training services for multiple industries, with success over 15 years in the Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire area we are now looking at opening our first office in Sheffield City Centre.
This exciting project will see a team of Assessors, BDMs and a Sales team grow into multiple industries across Sheffield and the surrounding area. We are passionate about the level of service we offer and the right individual will posses the following skills;
* Experience in Sales
* Hard work and determined
* Comfortable in an office environment
* Loves to get on the phone
* Happy to learn new skills and training
* Interested in the development of staff (this is the product you will be selling)
* Possibly from an engineering or hospitality background
* Comfortable with cold calling
* Excited about the prospect of building up a desk
The individual we seek to take up this new business sales role will be ringing local businesses to offer a service in which we can develop and train there existing workforce with free nationally recognised qualifications. In the short run this will be cold calling and developing a client list but we hope that with time it can become a warm desk in which repeat business can be gathered.
The role will be varied and you will have the license to build the desk as you see fit, you will have all the tools to make a success of it at your disposal, this is a long term opportunity for the right candidate. Interviews to take place immediately
