Engagement & communications Analyst/Executive/Lead
* Interim/Contract opportunity (day rate)
* Wolverhampton based

Reporting to the Head of HR and an exciting piece of work over the next 6 to 12 months. You will be responsible for providing a review, advice and guidance on employee engagement and communication to the business and then implementing these change and engagement strategies across the business. As well as driving actions and change activities.

You will also be responsible for;
* Lead on scoping and review of current state of business engagement and communication activities
* Lead on research, creation and delivery of communication and engagement initiatives
* Lead on delivery and co-ordination of activities as a result of review exercise
* Provide specialist advice and guidance to managers and senior stakeholders
* Creation and implementation of a change engagement strategy Lead and drive current change communication activities
* Key ambassador for company culture and drive cultural change

Your experience
The ideal candidate must have a blend of communication, engagement and change management experience - this must come from the change management discipline and not from operational management or project/programme management. You should be happy being hands on - at the start the piece of work requires scoping and recommendations to be made and then you will move into a delivery phase. You must be able to demonstrate, with worked examples, your excellent stakeholder engagement skills across a complex environment and also working with stakeholders of all levels.
