A successful, well-established manufacturer using the latest cutting edge technology; is seeking a focused Machine Setter/Operator (Day shift) to join a passionate team of engineers in addition to the team due to significant growth with ambitious future plans that offers every opportunity for you to grow within the business.
You will be responsible for monitoring a continuous production line, including its quality control procedures, taking appropriate measures to counter any problems that may occur. A major advantage would be to have previous experience of operating production machinery, the position may suit a Machine Operator who is looking to further their career to setting production machinery.
Full training of the machinery will be included in the package to the successful person. The nature of this role requires you to be physically fit and capable of some lifting along with good eye for detail.
You must possess good verbal/written communication skills to enable you to hand over and explain issues that may arise effectively.
This position would ideally suit a person who has worked in a production
environment with a broad understanding of engineering processes and controls.

Day/Night Shift Pattern = Four 12 Hour shifts Monday - Thursday (3 day weekend)
