Springwell Alternative Academy Lincoln wish to appoint a full time Premises Supervisor to help maintain a clean, safe and compliant learning and working environment, starting immediately. We are keen to build a team across the Springwell Lincolnshire family that can boast a range of trades, but no formal qualifications are required; however, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate their competence in general maintenance and repairs.
The key attribute will be a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to travel to other Springwell Lincolnshire sites to help out or to swap skills and good practice makes the ability to drive with access to a vehicle essential.
Wellspring Academy Trust is a growing Multi-Academy Trust with twenty-three Academies across Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and the Humber. The Trust also provides a range of extended services providing mental health services for the NHS, social care services for young adults and outreach behaviour and care support services.
