About the role

There has never been a more exciting time to join our client! They are currently looking for a Customer Relations Coordinator to join their Customer Care team who are based in their Stratford office, East London on a 1 Year Fixed Term Contract.

The purpose of this role is to coordinate incoming enquiries regarding resident’s properties and ensuring that the customer’s journey is the best it can be. Duties will include but not be limited to;

• Carrying out site handovers
• Completing home tours and completions
• Arrange for inspections to be carried out where required
• Follow up outstanding works once completed to ensure customer is happy
• Contribute to the smooth running of the office

Previous experience in the following is desirable;

• IT literate
• Understanding of customer care and quality issues
• Previous experience in a face to face customer relations position
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• The ability to deal with complaints and difficult enquiries professionally

Please note, this position has the potential in the future to become a permanent position for the right person, but this is not guaranteed.

You will need to have a full clean driving license and access to a vehicle as a majority of this role will be visiting various sites.

This role can be undertaken using flexible working arrangements
