Our client’s beautiful bakery and coffee shop set in the heart of Looe, have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have experience 1 years’ experience in retail or restaurant management have a hands-on approach, working closely with Store Manager to deliver excellent customer service. With a keen eye of detail ensure all foods are prepared and presented in the best possible way.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Store Manager

  • Support Staff Recruitment, Inductions & Training

  • Empower team to excellent customer service

  • Have strong core values

  • Ensure all foods are cooked and presented to a high standard

  • Barista training

  • Monitor staff levels

  • Deliver excellent customer service

  • Deal with all guest relations and potential complaints

  • Compiling management reports

  • Health & Safety reports and check lists

  • Check & Manage staff levels
