The Role

As a Laboratory Technician, you will facilitate the smooth running of our GLP accredited laboratory. 

In this varied role, you will maintain the lab and its equipment, manage the arrival of lab materials and contribute to the regular maintenance of human cell cultures. 

You will also: 

- Support the delivery of in vitro studies to determine the safety and effectiveness of client test items
- Monitor and analyse lab equipment temperatures and liquid Nitrogen levels
- Manage lab stock checks and order supplies as required 
- Carry out cleaning tasks

About You 

To join us as a Laboratory Technician, you will need:

- Experience in a GLP environment 
- Proficiency in mammalian cell culture
- A degree level qualification in a life science subject 
- An interest in, and commitment to, driving the development and implementation of in vitro alternatives to animal testing
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
