Location: Sheppey Cluster, Kent and Sussex
Salary: GBP48K - GBP55K per annum, DOE

Gov Facility Services Ltd (GFSL) are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager for our Sheppey Cluster in the Kent and Sussex region. You will be responsible for the operational management and delivery of all facilities management services delivered on site. This includes the management of customer interface within a designated area of an estate; ensuring a high profile in the day-to-day running of the sites, and provision of a consistent strong link with customers, guaranteeing appropriate and responsive reaction to address any and all client concerns.
GFSL is a Ministry of Justice owned company who supply facilities management services to 52 prisons over the South of the UK. We are looking for an exceptional Senior Site Manager who is able to ensure a high profile in the day-to-day running of their site. This is an active and visible on-site role requiring excellent client relationship, team leadership and supplier management skills.
As a successful candidate you'll be able to demonstrate exceptional client relationship management skills, a working knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements and considerable experience within the Facilities Management sector. This will be coupled with an absolute minimum of 2 years management experience, including management of the first line managers.
Your day to day duties will include, but not be limited to managing the people resources effectively and efficiently to deliver the required services and ensure that all operational policies and procedures meet contractual compliance and are consistently delivered across the region.
GFSL are looking for an individual who has a proven track record of experience working in a FM environment. Alongside this experience the successful individual should have a knowledge of risk and compliance an IOSH/NEBOSH or similar qualification and demonstrable planning and project management skills.
