Premier Work Support are looking for flt waste operatives with an immediate start for our prestigious client based in Peterborough. Whilst the requirement is for FLT drivers (counterbalance), there will be an element of waste duties included within the role.
Job Duties include:
Ensuring all equipment is kept clean, well maintained and is a safe working order, i.e. PAT Tested, Have a full knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, including the agreed work to be carried out and time allocated to the area, Maintaining the designated area to an agreed level of cleanliness in line with the Contract and relevant contractual standards, carrying out all daily, weekly and periodic tasks as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor, Assisting and liaising with the site Manager / supervisor in the operation of the waste department on issues and initiatives, Ensuring grounds are free from litter and waste storage area is kept clean and organised, Having a full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used within the premises and to attend all necessary training to be able to use this equipment.
Shift Patterns:
FLT and waste operative day shift:
Salary: GBP9.50 an hour
Hours: 35 hours a week
Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off.
08.00 - 18.30
FLT and waste operative night shift
Salary: GBP10.00 an hour
Hours: 35 hours a week
Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off
Night shift 19.00 - 05.30 am.
Shifts may be subject to change, based on the business needs of our client
