Care Home Manager
We are currently looking for a Care Home Manager to join a care home near to Scarborough's sea front. The home consists of 34 beds over 3 floors and provides long term, short term and respite care.
You will work full time 8am - 4pm 5 days a week with occasional overtime as and when required to cover emergencies. You will earn a competitive salary dependant on experience and qualifications.

- Supervise, lead and monitor day to day management, work load and care practises of other staff and support carers within the policy/procedures
- Do the rota's for all care staff
- Initiate and develop new ideas and methods regarding the quality of service, and involve residents and staff as much as possible
- Cover staff sickness and holidays as and when required
- Qualified RGN
- Level 5 in Management or equivalent
- Although not essential, experience working within a care home is desirable
- Driving licence would be helpful
- Willing to complete a DBS check at employment stage
