A dynamic Production Coordinator is required immediately on a temporary contract for an international entertainment group.
The COMPANY
Our client is an international entertainment group with a number of channels across numerous territories.
The ROLE
As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring promotional material is delivered on time to air and to all relevant stakeholders. This will include checking correct information from schedules and from the contacts in the different territories are included in all material produced.
Key Responsibilities -
* Weekly re-versioning sessions preparing material for on air in Adobe Premiere Pro
* Ensure all on/off air materials are delivered in a timely manner according to the technical specifications
* Translate promo scripts whilst directing voice over artists
* Manage the database by organising and archiving promos and scripts
* Oversee the creation of channel branding
* Subtitle promotional material
The CANDIDATE
With solid experience working as a Production Assistant/Coordinator within a television environment, you will have strong organisation and coordination skills.
You will have a working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop with meticulous attention to detail.
You are a strong communicator who has the ability to multi-task, prioritising the workload whilst performing under pressure.
