Your new company
You will be working for a growing land development company as a Buildings Manager, based in Birmingham on a permanent basis.
Your new role
A growing company are looking to bring a buildings manager on board to manage parts of their growing portfolio of developments, which includes Business Centres, Serviced Apartments and Hotels. They are looking for someone who is eager and personable who can manage contractors, deal with enquires, and liaise with tenants.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have previous experience within building or business centre management, be a strong communicator and have great ambition.
