Birmingham City Centre based organisation seeking experienced Customer Service Advisor for 3 months
Your new company
Working for a membership body based in central Birmingham, within their customer service team for a period of three months.
Your new role
Supporting the membership team, you will deal with all customer enquiries for professional members regarding the extension of their membership. The department deals with a high volume of enquiries and therefore you must be experienced at multitasking and working under pressure.
What you'll need to succeed
To apply for this role, you must have previous office based customer service experience in an office based role. You will have an excellent telephone manner and good IT skills.
