JOB TITLE: H/R Advisor
LOCATION: Head Office in LLantrisant
HOURS: 3 days per week - 22.5 hours.
Salary: GBP13,200 to GBP13,600
We have an opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic H/R Advisor to join the central HR Team at Head Office.
Your duties will be varied and involve assisting both the Group HR Manager with the H/R function across both head office and stores.
Able to work independently you will assist in developing the HR function by providing professional advice and an efficient service to your management colleagues and our team of staff by establishing a proactive relationship with your colleagues, ensuring compliance with company and statutory requirements. This is generalist H/R role which initially will be handling recruitment and thereafter exposure to HR Statistics/Reports, Disciplinaries & Grievances, Employee Relations, PDR's and Training.
This will be a challenging position requiring a great deal of self motivation, and excellent inter-personal skills.
The right candidate will have:-
- Experience of recruitment
- Awareness of employment legislation
- Good IT skills, for word and excel.
