ABOUT THE JOB

You will provide a full range of high quality administrative support to the Strategy and Innovation Project Manager and wider Strategy and Innovation team ensuring that business administration and clerical support is delivered in an efficient and effective manner.

ABOUT YOU

You will be educated to SQA Higher Grade level (or equivalent) plus relevant

administrative clerical experience. Where no formal qualifications exist significant proven administrative/clerical experience must be displayed.

You must be able to work with minimum supervision and show initiative. You must have good written and oral communication and numeracy skills to assist with budgetary work.

You must be receptive and respond to new ideas and be prepared to undertake additional or different tasks when required. It is essential that you are capable of preparing work accurately with attention to detail, especially finance related.

This full time post is temporary up to 12 months and will require Standard recruitment vetting. You will work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
