Becoming a with Director of Neighbourly Matters at GL Hearn

We are looking to recruit a Director level appointment in our London office for a Neighbourly Matters expert, ideally focused on Rights to Light.

Our market-leading Neighbourly Matters team provides an unrivalled service to assist you with all aspects of property development and its effect on neighbouring buildings.

The central London team consists of technical staff and surveyors, and, as part of our Development Group, we offer expert support in relation to:

You will ideally be Director Level, although we will consider AD level. The individual would preferably specialise in rights to light work

The role would be to develop the service offering in London

What you'll be doing:
  • Rights to light advice
  • Daylight and sunlight amenity advice
  • Access advice
  • Schedules of Condition

What we're looking for:
  • MRICS or Equivalent
  • Experience of managing / leading teams
