Structural Cad Technician

Mid sized reputable structural design consultancy is seeking an experienced structural cad technician to join their buildings design team in Bracknell. The role will be working on a variety of projects of a challenging and exciting nature from a strong client base and pipeline of work.

You will be working mainly in Autocad but they are moving towards Revit. The workload at the moment is primarily residential, although company experience ranges across all sectors.

The typical work you will be undertaking includes: large multi-storey RC mixed used schemes in London; large housing and apartment developments comprising load bearing masonry, steel frame and reinforced concrete transfer decks; building conversions (RC frames and load bearing masonry); refurbishments, primarily large Victorian properties and temporary works designs.
